Do you drink the amount of water recommended by doctors during the day?

Doctors recommend that the average person drink 1.5 liters of water during the day to maintain the water level and better functioning of the body. Unfortunately, this does not work for me, because I drink only 0.5 liters. But I really feel that this has a negative effect on my body.
