Do you check your bing ranking daily or when?

I usually check all my sites rankings on a daily basis, but for bing it's more of a monthly thing to be honest. What about you?

I do not check my website rank, either on Bing or Google, every day, or even every week/month. I check my website rank when I am implementing SEO strategies. I recheck only when I am unable to get organic traffic or my organic traffic is not improving. Ranking changes frequently.
