In my view, this is a clear occurrence in any kind of business since novices are ignorant of that industry and, in my opinion, the majority of them overpay for their first real estate purchase. But it appears to me that individuals who have already purchased a second home have learned a lot and may only overpay by 5% on their subsequent purchase.
