Our gut health is very crucial to us. We need to have excellent gut health to digest our food correctly. This also means we must take care of the "good" bacteria in our gut. A study published in a journal known as the Journal of Nutrition suggests that avocados might be great food for microbes in our digestive system. Even though an American organization funded this study that deals in Avocados, it does not mean that the study's results are necessarily faulty or biased. Avocados are full of fiber, and many other studies suggest that consuming fiber-rich foods might be good for digestion. For example, a study issued by the American Society for Microbiology has suggested that eating fiber-rich foods could help people digest food. Hence, if you are suffering from digestion issues, then adding avocados could probably help you.

Avocados are good for overall health. You can eat them for breakfast or even make milkshakes using avocados. In case you want to improve your gut health and improve your cardiovascular system, then I would suggest you consume more avocados as they are really healthy. However, if you are allergic to it, consuming a small amount of this fruit would be better. Many other studies have shown that there are various other benefits of eating avocados. However, avocado is mainly known for improving heart and gut health.

Even though avocados are grown locally in our country, avocados are not the native fruit in our country. Since these are foreign fruits, they are very expensive here. A lot of people tend to believe that these are great fruits just because they are expensive. I don't like the taste, so I don't eat much. However, I kn ow it is a source of healthy fats, that's why it is one major food item for keto diet.
