You need to have Brave Browser earning program and then you go to grab tc and donate BAT and send screenshot and getting your cash sent to your wallet, they have even tutorial about how it works on their website.

Yes, most online earnings websites have a system that detects VPNs it makes no sense to use them since as you say they will end up banning you.
