Sadly not all new crypto beginners can be able to use it because there is restrictions on some country. As for Binance is the best for newbies.

I do not know of the security features of coinbase because I have never used it before, because I always believe that it is only available for the Western countries citizen, I don't know if it is possible for me to use coinbase confidently here in Africa.

Yeah i think its one of the safest platform and a lot of beginners use the platform to trade , but i recommend using binance platform if you want to trade due to the very low transaction fees been used for trading i think

Most of the crypto currency exchange wallet I have used are pretty much safe I have never lost coin to anyone so I would not pick coinbase because of security but bacause of it's simplicity to navigate and fast payment process
