Some sites will prevent your sign up using brave or tor browser especially for the ad blocker except you may have to turn it off.
Yeah i think most site already have plugins in the site that will make users compulsorily turn off the adblocker

I have seen a couple of sites that categorically stated it on their signup page.

Sure i have seen most site do that most especially those faucet site that you cant sign up without turning off the adblock feautures
 
This is actually the first time that I am hearing that browser extensions can steal data like bitcoin password. I will definitely be careful now with using browser extensions or I will completely remove any browser extensions on my smartphone.

I really haven't heard about this before. But I'm using chrome and I'm very sure chrome is very easy to use and its very safe and free from security hack. It's easy to use and secure
 
It is always wondered that installing all these kind of third-party plugins and applications from unknown sites can actually harm your device or have a steak on your savings.
 
This warning is good for the benefit of the members in this forum. However, there is not much information about the browser extension malware so it is like just scaring us with the warning. I hope next time you post a warning make it complete with enough information that we can identify the malware.
 
That's why I'm sticking to my chrome browser at this point. Knowing too well.Google can't trick me, Rather they'll protect my data from malware attempts.

I think that this is the reason why until today my expectations of withdrawing Bitcoin from a browser has not come yet.

Things like this actually make me to lose interest in anything that has to do with using mobile phones to try mining any cryptocurrencies online.
 
Unfortunately, lot of browser extensions are essential in order to earn from specific pay to sites and programs and to receive cashback from online purchases (for ex. WowApp web). We can't get rid of these essential extensions or we stop to earn. We must protect our devices with proper tools (activating Defender and its anti-ransomware if we are using Windows and scanning the machine with free but efficient protection companion tool as KVRT).

I just heard of this for the first time now - a great quality of this forum. Though I don't doubt that this is possible. This is one of my greatest fears about this coin that's not regulated
 
Hackers are very hard working to steal people's money. Imagine creating a browser also to steal people's money. That is why it is advisable to use only browser that are known like chrome
 
This is a very good information from you. It's going to be a bad experience seeing someone stealing ones Bitcoin in a portfolio and that's bad. This is a caution everybody needs to be aware of

Yes I have come across such comments somewhere and so people must be aware of this app.
They install some malwares that copy your login details which they can use to hack into your wallets
