It means that bitcoin if he drops he could not drop under this value or if he increases he cannot be increased over this value, this could be determinated by the experts in the world of investment of bitcoin or altcoin or something like that.
 
Correction happens in every market where the market is going to go down in order to clear out late longs but it is going to go above in order to clear out the late shorts.

But currently the price of Bitcoin is not correcting but it is rather crashing because correction actually signifies a slight bearish run in a bull market.
