Honestly, I have never heard of this thing called house flipping. It's a great initiative for making more. Also, I think another benefit that comes with it is the prestige and maybe pride that you bought a house by auction, it could be that it used to be occupied by a prominent person. But then, do house that are sold on auction come cheap?

You are absolutely right @Shahid , I had not thought of that. Rather I had the belief that before buying a house you could check the documents from a topographer and surveyor, to get the real idea of the conditions of the house. But if that is not the case in auctions, you should have the capital for unforeseen expenses.
