I am not into this and can't say I would know where to start if I wanted to get into a business like this. I do know that getting into a business like this has huge potential though especially if you can offer something many people are looking for in terms of somewhere to live or even somewhere to start up a business.

I have even heard of people renting out rooms in their own homes to help earn some extra income which I think is a great idea if you have the space and the time to dedicate to something like that.

Sure, as long as they're properties I own and rent out to others. I think renting out any property is a good way to make money, especially if you get good tenants who don't trash your property. I have considered investing into properties and selling them, and of course renting some. I can see that being really profitable.

There are so many people who tend to get involved and they work as real estate agents. They work and earn commissions. However, the commissions are lower as compared to other forms of real estate services such as selling a property.

I do not own properties, therefore, I do not have rental income. In order to make money from the rental business, you need to fist buy properties and then rent it out to earn an income. This is one of the best passive income sources.

I actually have some investments already in real estate and it is something that have been fetching me a decent amount of money which is why I value it so much. It is an investment that requires a huge amount of money for you to go into it but it is definitely worth it whenever you are able to do it.
