One thing I worry about with any cryptocurrency, is the wallets you use to put your coin in. Virtually of course. How is the security of these wallets? Do they protect from people trying to hack in and steal your bitcoin?

I just want to know, as I worry if I invest in bitcoin more, that my wallet would end up getting hacked one day. I just want to know there's no way for that to happen.
Seed phrases are very important for most online wallet and anybody that has access to your seed phrases has all the access to all of your cryptos, without that it will be really difficult to hack your wallet unless through some phishing scams.

You wallet can be hacked when you leave your private logins open to unknown individuals or online bugs.
Even exchanges platform who has a good security backup are being hacked on daily basis.

We shouldn't have such feelings of our wallet getting hijacked one day by scammers or malicious hackers by hacking the exchange or wallet we saved our coins. It will simply make us feel skeptic selling out of panic if never controlled our emotions. That's why we should put our crypto asset in a secured exchange that isn't prone to hack.

Well we all know that everything online is hackable, however, most of these wallets do have very good security, for hackers to hack they would supercomputers and whatnot, at the end of the day the effort just isn't worth it.

Asides exposing details, some hackers have found a way to hack this wallet so think there should be more security added to fortify the defense system

Multiple Bitcoin wallets have been hacked multiple times. If you are using web wallets or smartphone wallets, you are prone to hacking. You should use hardware wallets which cannot be hacked.

Nothing is impossible for this modern computer age , a crypto wallet can be hacked but I don't think it will be that easy for the hacker

I believe your online wallets can be hacked, and it would be alot easier for anyone to hack your wallet if they come in contact with your seed words, that is why you are adviced to take good care of it and keep it safe

As long as the wallet is made by people, there is every susceptible tendency that the wallet is prone to hacking. Hacking is not a new thing,we just have to be cautious.

Of course if you're using online wallet to store your coins it could and it has a higher risk of being hacked. Also if you're careless with your password click on every and any link you come across, you're at risk too!

That is also an aspect, being careless can cost you your investment.Another one is that if you are always doing and going for free cryptocurency then you might be at risk at being hacked.

Anything online can be hacked and that includes your Bitcoin and any other coin available on the planet. Coinbase was hacked a few months ago and more than 6, 000 users lost their crypto coins. Nothing is safe anymore.

Not only bitcoin wallets, even exchange platforms can be hacked. recently, someone stole 200 BTC from Coinbase account. This is all in the news. The issue is being investigated.
in fact bitcoin wallets are not as easy as exchange platform for hackers to hack into and that is why we just need to be very careful and know the kind of wallet we use for instance Trust wallet, blockchain, coinomi and atomic wallet are very good.

Yes, there have been so many cases of cryptocurrency wallets being hacked. Especially if you hold large amounts of crypto in it. It is so much better to keep your wallet safe by using the security measures available.

When you are holding significant amount of cryptocurrencies it is better you use a cold storage wallet to avoid it being hacked because at every point our cars will be trying to hack into your account.
