Are people able to hack into bitcoin wallets?

One thing I worry about with any cryptocurrency, is the wallets you use to put your coin in. Virtually of course. How is the security of these wallets? Do they protect from people trying to hack in and steal your bitcoin?

I just want to know, as I worry if I invest in bitcoin more, that my wallet would end up getting hacked one day. I just want to know there's no way for that to happen.

If you are using online wallet to store your coin then you should be worry. But if you store your coin in an offline wallet and you have saved the passphrase well then you don't need to be worry

Yes I believe your online wallets can be hacked, and it would be alot easier for anyone to hack your wallet if they come in contact with your seed words, that is why you are adviced to take good care of it and keep it safe

Yes, yes and yes, it can be hacked. There are lots of dark web out there, that can comfortably hack into any online wallet. That is why we have few highly recommended online wallet that are safer, though not 100%. However, there are lots of scam activities carried out by supposed wallet sites.

Hackers are every where and I beleieve there's is no any crypto currency wallet they cannot hacked into , the most important thing is to be able to secure your dateial.

Yess it is a hundred percent possible scenario for people to have their Bitcoin wallet hacked and their coins lost or stolen completely. You sometimes have to be the gateway for them to access it by your carelessness

Anything online can be hacked, so online wallets are no exceptions. One other way is clicking on links indiscriminately and even being careless with sites being accessed through your dapps.

Haven't you heard of people's Bitcoin wallets been hack d before or what? Of course they can hack your Bitcoin wallet if you keep them very careless. You must make sure no one knows your password or key phrase to your wallet

A wallet can be hacked when you leave your login details open for online bugs.
So it is better you keep your login details private and always protected

With the rise of so many online tools these days and hackers devising different means daily, I think our wallet can be hacked. So we have to be very careful while we use our wallets by not exposing out account details to any one. And we have to change our login details regularly to be sure it has not been tampered with. The best way would be to purchase a cold wallet, but considering most people dont have enough money to worry about that, just keep your seed phrases as safe as you can and use multiple wallets if possible.

It is technically possible that somebody can hack your bitcoin wallet if they are able to know your password or the seed phrase to your wallet .

I have seen posts recently indicating that some hackers hacked some people's Bitcoin wallet, I don't know how far that is true but I have been seeing simar posts recently. But I believe that should not be possible big the hackers do not know my seed phrase

Yes, online wallet could be hacked but this is why most people who invest heavily on crytocurrency saves their coin in an offline wallet where hacker can not access. And finally I advice people not to deal with unknown airdrops where some intentions are to hack into peoples account

Yes , there have been some cases of bitcoin wallet getting hacked. But only those wallets which have weaker security are vulnerable to get hacked by strong hackers. So , it is important to set a strong password , never share recovery phrase of your wallet to anyone and save it in some notebook instead of saving it in Google based services like Google drive etc..
