I don’t think it would be wise to hold this coin as a investor especially given that it is embroiled on a legal battle in court. I would not even be surprised if it was delisted off various cryptocurrency exchange platforms
You are always on point Bigron, that is exactly my thought on the cryptocurrency but however several exchanges and wallet have deleted the coin such as coinbase and some others.

From their point of view, it is quite understandable to delist this coin given the uncertainty regarding its re-emergence on the cryptocurrency market. Hopefully they can resolve their pending issues and be available for investment
