Currently, you can only hold the Cryptocurrency that you buy on PayPal in your account. Additionally, the Cryptocurrency in your account cannot be transferred to other accounts on or off PayPal.

Right now they are currently working on integrating a withdrawal procedure into paypal that will allow you to take out your crypto and therefore be able to withdraw it to your wallet. I am not sure when this feature will be implemented but it is in the works.
