Why did you decide to stay with the forum software you are using

What forum software are you using for your community? What did yo choose this forum software. If you are using Xenforo, why are yo using it? If you are using phpBB, what are your reasons for using this forum software?

Well, I am using SMF, phpBB, and MyBB because these are open source and I do not have to spend a dime. I am also using these software because these were the ones I knew when I started.

If am to choose although I haven't used any forum softwares and experience their backend , I would stick to xenforo if I was to choose a forum software at the moment. I love their add-on and their theme provision are stunning from most of their platform I have visited so far.

I think Xeneforo is also has one of the lowest prices in the market and offers some of the best features for community management. While I have no intention of using any premium software at the moment, but if I decide to use a premium software, it would probably be XF
