Which is more profitable Alt Season or DeFi Season?

It is now easier for small investors to buy Altcoins (Eth, Ltc, Doge, Tron, ADA etc) than buying expensive Bitcoins. Although actually DeFi is also included in the Altcoin category. But DeFi has its own characteristics, namely it is run with smart contracts, for example UNI, Terra, Chainlink, Sushi, BAT, Filecoin etc. So in your opinion, which is more profitable, Alt Season or DeFi Season?

In my opinion DeFi because of Chainlink alone and if it isn't run with smart contracts then whats the point. High risk investment isn't something I would play with.

For me I would say alt coin is much more profitable than defi coin, due to the fact that your entering level in an alt coin can be very low, so in cases the coin does a 10x, your reward would be great, but we all know that it would be hard for a defi coin to perform such feat.

Defi projects has one unique thing about them and that is the ability to operate in a Decentralized way. This is why people love it . Also they have many passive reward

Alt season is definitely more profitable. Most of the defi coins already have market cap in the billions. Altcoins have smaller market cap, which means smaller amount of money is needed to see greater returns.

I really can't pass judgement about the defi crypto currency but I know more about the altcoin and it's definitely a good coin to invest into. You can start with maybe Ethereum, dogecoin and litecoin

Unbelievable, over the months that have been into crypto I never know theirs is also defi season, I know of alt season but that of defi is my first time of coming across with it....

Personally i will say deficoin is more profitable looking at how it has many project backing it and the value it has and also how investors prefer it for investment.

I personally prefer the altcoin season because i am able to understand it a bit better than the defi season and therefore i have more confidence when i engage in that. Hopefully i can broaden my horizons in the future though.

people who do not have much knowledge on crypto currency or the blockchain technology can benefit from investing i alt coin because you can do a research on the most profitable alt coins and start investing in it Investing on DeFi requires expert knowledge.

I believe both of them increase at same time, whenever the altcoins improve surely the defi coins follows too. Cos crypto coins makes U-turn at same time and dip too at same time.

Alt season is the best.
One thing about the crypto market is capitalization.
Individuals with much capital who invest in the top coins would prefi5 defi because they have invested something money but a low investor would always go for alt season because we invest in smaller market

Exactly, altcoins are something that I've been dealing with for a very long time and I'm actually more familiar with the market trends to know exactly how to go about my investment so I'm sticking with them.

Each alt season has a category of coins that excel. Defi coins are it this season because people are tired of the constraints of the financial system governments use and it seems its more successful than all others.

It is the Alt season for me.
I have traded with litecoin and ethereum and it's been good.
I am just getting to learn of Defi season....I don't know a thing about it.
