I
Ripples is currently looking like a failing cryptocurrency right now due to their court case that was instituted against them by the US security exchange commission. This will be the biggest failure ever for a Cryptocurrency if ripples lost the court case against them, but I hope they win the court case because I have great love for ripples xrp.
I think they would soon get over the issue and i am surprise that despite the law suit case ripple is still trying hard to rise and increase more and this is actually good ,because its going to benefit all that have invested , and for me its not yet a failing coin because there are still high hopes of ripple coin increasing

This is just a general question really. What was the biggest failure in the cryptocurrency game? I don't recall most of the past currency that came out. I remember Dogecoin, which I don't think is active anymore. But I could be wrong of course.

Anyway, what were some of the failed cryptocurrency? Did they get bought up maybe? Did people lose a lot of money because of it?
Yeah I also thought bitcoin was a facile cryptocurrency not until recently when Elon Musk mentioned it on his twitter and the the coin surprisingly increased and left everyone in awe. For now I think dash coin Ian not really doing well.

On what basis did you say etheruem failed, I don't believe ethereum failed, it is still one of the most sort after coins, still in the market and also yielding profit and we should also not forget that not all coins will be like bitcoin.

If there's any coin which has failed, then it should be TRON and not ETHEREUM

I actually love your optimism about ripples coin and what they are going through right now. Well I am not as optimistic as you are because indications are showing that ripples are most likely to lose this lawsuit. This will make ripples one of the most failed cryptocurrency since the beginning of the digital age.

A lot of cryptocurrency are there that are just dormant but wouldn't call them failed. It early for that to call some currency of cryptocurrency as failed or not because we don't know how massive they may become tomorrow. Bit coin some years ago would have been seen as failed but looking at it now its a massively success. So most of this ones that seem failed might be the bit coin story of tomorrow.

Many coin have done worst than ripple since the beginning of the digital age , so ripple will not be the worst if they lose the lawsuit case , i think you should also remember the plus token scam that scam alot of people , so there have been many shit coin before ripple creation i think , i hope the price of ripple continues to increase

they call these currency, not even a handful persons on this planet can claim that they do all financial transactions in cryptocurrency only.
Worse, they are sold only because someone somewhere is offering actual currency in exchange for this fictional currency! Only in the lure of these being converted into actual valuable currency people are buying it!

One of my biggest fear on how to make money online is not to invest in Bitcoin and the early stage. A friend of mine introduced be school today barely a week it was created as a cryptocurrency. It convinced me to join the train though I know he can't come but I just decided to invest in it. Expensive my friend is now a multi-millionaire why I'm still languishing in try to make money online.

One of failed cryptocurrency for me is SpaceBit this cryptocurrency is one of those that received the biggest publicity in 2014. The team behind the crypto had ambitious plans of making electronic currencies accessible to all the corners of the globe. They even went ahead and launched nano-satellites that were supposed to act as the supportive infrastructure for their great cryptocurrency.

Cryptocurrencies just recently came out and they started gaining momentum maybe let's say 12 years back so they are still not behind the cryptocurrencies went down or we could say is that there are some that are performing well and there are still some that are underperforming just like the Bitcoin that goes from $100 or $2 to $40000 on Saturday.

There are so many failed cryptocurrencies, some even failed right from launching them. Personally, I see dogecoin as tethering towards that category. I prefer to dwell on the successful coins.

Dogecoin issues began when it was said that some of the first investors have questionable characters as regards their source of money. This made some sincere traders not feel okay with trading on it. Aside from that, I don't see Dogecoin as a bad coin that one should invest in back then.

I think it's ethereum or pay coin. What's more surprising is that they were launched by respectable miners who had vast knowledge about crytocurrency. I guess something definitely went wrong as the coin couldn't meet up with the high hopes and promises

Here is a look at the top 5 cryptocurrency failures of all time.
  1. Ethereum's DAO.
  2. Dogecoin. I expect much from it. But it's doing well now
  3. PayCoin.
  4. SpaceBIT. This cryptocurrency is one of those that received the biggest publicity in 2014.
  5. GetGems (Gems) GetGems launched back in 2014 with a promise to invigorate the social media realm.

I don't think people has lose a lot when it comes to cryptocurrency investment, but I see ethereum as one of the biggest fall in cryptocurrency because many people believed more in ethereum, think it would appreciate more

WISE's pure nature and equitable distribution establish the possibility of exponential gains over long periods of time, long after other cryptos have failed. WISE investors benefit from the protection of the #2 market cap crypto while still having the potential for exponential growth of a new project because WISE is backed by a pool of ETH.
