What mods and themes do you like from free software?

What do you like the most? What have you used? Does anyone use premium themes for free software? What are your reasons?

For my forums, I like using Google Analytics and Ad management mods. On one of my forums I have also used a forum credit mods. I mainly use free mods, I have never paid money on mods. I also use free themes, I cannot name any themes I use on my forums.
