What keeps you motivated at work?

We all have to work to survive and make ends meet. But there are sometimes when we just don't feel the drive and motivation to stand up in the morning and get ready for work.

It usually happens like that sometimes and what I do to motivate myself is to think of the bills that will pile up if I don't stand up and do something. The bills won't pay themselves, when I think about that I have no choice but to get ready.

How do you keep yourself motivated?

The possibility of making money, the possibility or better financial health, possibility of financial security are some of the reasons that continue to motivate me. I also work for sanity, ie. to remain mentally fit.

I motivate myself by calculating how much I can make in that particular day. I don't watch movies and play but I am motivated by the time I have and calculate the amount I will earn.

Seriously everything is all about making money in business and once that variable is always guaranteed in the kind of work or any business that you are doing, the person that is involved in such business will always be satisfied and motivated.

Well, for many people, there may be many different reasons for why they may need to stay motivated at work. If a person does not stay motivated at work, then the chances are that they will lose interest. If they lose interest, then they may end up procrastinating, which could be bad. When they form a habit of procrastinating, they deal with many other problems. In the long run, they may not be able to work even if they try to motivate themselves because they may develop the habit of procrastinating.
