What is your go-to explanation when someone asks about Bitcoin?

When someone asks you what Bitcoin is, what is your go-to explanation to help them understand what Bitcoin and the Blockchain are?
 
Bitcoin is a leading and the pioneer cryptocurrency. Other cryptocurrencies where design copying but improving on the bitcoin blockchain technology.
 
The Bitcoin is a digital currency that you could make you huge amount of money when you buy during the day and sell when the price goes up.
 
Even through not an expert, I am perhaps more experienced on this isse, but those who asks, they don't know. I am able to inform them, which actually are basic answers.

Well some people don't believe in bitcoin then as they do sees it as a scam. So when they ask me , I always tell them that it is the best Investment they can invest there money on.
 
The simplest explanation of Bitcoin is " a digital currency that no government or institution control" and "blockchain is a ledger where all transactions are recorded for public viewing".

I would say it in simple language that it is a currency which doesn't belong to anyone.
