I like using social media sites, mostly Facebook and Twitter, to market my website. I have pages on Twitter and Facebook for my website and I share content on my website's social pages. Sometimes I use boost/promote option to run ads and reach wide audience. Because of my social media marketing, I get decent traffic from Facebook and Twitter.
