To put it simply, HODL means do not sell but rather hold your position for a greater profit. Are you familiar with this crypto terminology and where did you originally learn it from? You’ll probably see #HODL across various social media networks, when specific crypto currencies are dipping or taking a nose dive

This is the first time that I am seeing this terminology HODL in the cryptocurrency world. I am this kind of cryptocurrency owner that will always want to sell his cryptocurrency at all time due to the fact that I don't take much risk when it comes to my cryptocurrency portfolio.
 
The world HODL was invented when a drunken man tweeted he is going to HODL is crypto currency when he was trying to say HOLD. A simple typo has now become very popular term.
 
There are lots of terminologies like FOM9 ( fear of missing out), FUD ( fear uncertainty .....) and so on and so forth.. HODL is one of the most important terminologies for trader or investor to know...
 
Ahhh the wonderful "hodl" yeah the first time I heard about it was a comedy they made concerning the Bitcoin dip and they always ended with "am not a financial adviser" I got curious and searched about it, and yeah I do hodl seriously too don't want to miss out on the next wave of cash flow.
 
HODL simply means hold on to your dear life. This is a term used in a volatile market when an asset bought in the crypto currency exchange Business or stock market is going down
 
Yes I do hodl and this term is used in the crypto currency exchange Business and presently I'm holding some coin to make money for myself even if the coin goes into loss I will have to hodl
 
I do not practically practice HODLing at the moment. But I have HODL down coins in the past. HODLing means to buy and hold a coin without selling them instantly
 
The word HODL is said to be derived from HOLD and it's a terminology used in investment meaning holding on to the investment for a very long time irresponsibly of the market fluctuations . The bitcoin hodlers are big term investors and they make lots of profit for holding the coin.
 
I came across this word HODL in one of the twitter post by famous celebrity in crypto world. Initially , I though both hodl and hold are different , but they mean the same , that is to hold any coin and sell at high price instead of panicking and selling at lower price.
 
I think at this stage, everybody is familiar with the word HODL and it seems to be terminology that is being thrown around a lot, even people not conversant with the crypto space know what it means.
