What is the difference between the term, Bitcoin Crash and Bitcoin Correction?

Often, novice crypto investors like me think that Bitcoin crashes and corrections mean the same thing, namely the decline in the price of Bitcoin, but according to many people crashes and corrections are different, can you explain the difference between Bitcoin crash and Bitcoin correction?

Bitcoin correction is when there is a sell off and makes the price of coin to go down a little bit while Bitcoin crash will definitely make the price of the coin and other altcoin to go down deep

To me i think Bitcoin crash and bitcoin correction have more similarities than its difference. What I can say about it is crash means probably a big investor pulled out of the market at one swoop while correction occur over a long period of time.

When a cryptocurrency a pumps to about 50% there will be a time it will correct to about 40% and that is what we call cryptocurrency correction but when the price goes very deep then it has crashed.

Yeah , the crash or dip period is usually the best time to enter the market because after every dip or crash in the cryptocurrency market the next move is recovery and bullish market.

When the crash occurs it means the market is facing bearish at that moment which isn't looking nice, but it's the nature of digital currency to experience crash and correction, which is bull run.

I think that the differences between crash and correction is the magnitude of pullback and the length of time of decline. The bigger the drop in price and the longer it remains so can be a crash while the shorter and smaller decline is correction IMO.
