Corporate law refers to a study of business law that involves laws related to different kinds of business corporation. It is a pretty broad term and it involves utilisation of rules and regulations involving different kinds of corporate. This may also involve public companies as well. So, why is it so important?

Business laws are created by the government, company registrar office, chamber of commerce and other business related agencies (government agencies as well as private agencies). Corporate laws are created by these agencies that govern businesses in the country.
