Lawsuit against any organization is never good because it scares away investors especially in this case because majority of there investors buy for the purpose of profit and if the lawsuit doesn't go well obviously the profit margin will drop if not vanish

Ripple is still struggling though it’s doing much better than the past three weeks. The lawsuit has a bad effect on the reputation of ripple. The rate of its projected growth will be reduce cause investors do not want to invest on cryptocurrency they do not trust
