I am terrified of snakes, just can't stand them or even look at them.

I am scared of the dark sometime and of heights, it always happens when I'm crossing the bridge that leads to my busline but I am facing it well, I am simply saying to myself that nothing will happen and hurt me. sometimes we have to face our fears in order to overcome them it is all about the will, the more you face it the less you are scared of it thats the method, in my opinion it is might be even the only method or at least the most effective one.
