In the real sense, there is no correlation between the Bitcoin and the Ponzi schemes but because bitcoin is growing and it has gained popularity over time, the operators of Ponzi programs would always want to hide under the umbrella of bitcoin to defraud the people.

To the best of my knowledge, I don't think that there is any relationship between bitcoin and Ponzi scheme. This is because a Ponzi scheme is simply just a program that is designed to take money from A and pay to B be until there is no other person to take money from and give to another person, but cryptocurrency is totally a different project when it comes to how people make money from it.
