What are the drawback of Bitcoin ETF?

The major drawback of the ETF is that it does not have an accurate price tracking features. For illustration in the Bitcoin ETF, a 50% rise or change in the price of Bitcoin will not directly reflect in the price of Bitcoin ETF.

What is your opinion?
 
ETF is an investment pool, where the company managing EFTs will invest in different assets. Mutual funds are also an investment pool, however, you cannot trade mutual funds in the market but you can trade ETFs. This trading feature makes ETFs interesting. The proposed Bitcoin ETH is an investment pool where people will be putting their money in investment pools instead of directly investing in bitcoin. It is a new concept and the drawbacks are yet to be known.
 
I think the biggest drawback of an ETF is that these entities that create the ETF, for example Blackrock, have the possibility to manipulate the price of Bitcoin at will and worst of all it will be legal and nothing will be able to do anything about it, something very similar to what happens with gold today.
