Using forums for exchanging crypto to fiat currency

I have noticed that some members like Ginger from RIF are making a large amount exchanging their crypto for fiat currency using Paypal. Is this the most efficient way of exchanging crypto to fiat?
 
I have used exchange services from a couple of people whom I have known through forums, and I think this is in the best interest of both parties as long as there are no trust-related issues.
 
It is a mutual thing for the two people involved in the exchange. The last I heard, Bitcoin payment had issues in RIF, that's where these exchangers come handy.

I think when it comes to exchanging fiat for PayPal, forum is the best place that you can achieve that
