They actually hired a new director to enable them to lead the launching of their project of rippleX open-source digital solution. They have also sign deal with financial institutions in Malaysia and Bangladesh.
It is good to see them expanding to even include Bangladesh and Malaysia as well. This shows that the ripple company does have a lot of confidence when it comes to the future of the coin, and this is very good for investors that are taking the risk right now into the coin. However, the concern is whether or not the company is becoming overly confident despite having such an intense lawsuit looming on their horizon.
That's just the interpretation by this move they are taken, the company is trying everything possible to leave the shore of US or UK , the other time they move their office to Dubai, I can see them having Interest in the Asian countries.
Yes there was a lot of interest that they have expressed in moving their offices to Japan as well and perhaps this is something that they are still looking at the possibility off if the lawsuit does not move in their favour and they are unable to continue their operation in America. In a way though it does kind of show that there may be a future for ripple despite the outcome fo the lawsuit.
If the law suit doesn't favor them they won't only be able to trade on America based Exchange platform like the coinbase which will be suspending their activities today and also bittrex and Bitfinex.
Yes this is true they will be limited in terms of American cryptocurrency exchanges. However at the moment many of the American exchanges have already delisted the coin. So for the price to still be increasing as it has been off for the last few days and to regain some of its losses, I think it shows that there's also quite a big market for the ripple coin outside of America.

If I'm not mistaken the ripple company is facing a lawsuit because they couldn't meet with the promises that they made investors. Are there separate charges that are being laid against the CEO and co-founder?
Ripple team is thinking very far and seeing the possible large market outside the shore of American continents, if they can succeed, it will make the US SEC less powerful and I see Ripple to be doing very fine in the Asian continents and if they consider Africa it will be another blow for them.
