The one thing that many crypto investors have been following and have been worried about is the lawsuit that the Ripple company is facing. Ripple is one of the most used crypto because of the low transaction fees that it has, however there is much concern that the company will lose the lawsuit and this will render the coin to be untradeable.

The ripple company as a whole, does not seem to share this worry however. In a recent article it seems that Ripple has hired a new director of engineering for the RippleX platform.

With the constant rise in ripple and the expansion it is clear that the future of ripple seems to be bright despite the lawsuit. What are your thoughts on this?

This is why i still believe in XRP despite the dumpings that happened. It's a strong Currency it wouldn't just vanish just because of a lawsuit that's not even decided yet. Just imagine if they win the lawsuit the price will surely skyrocket and many people will regret selling their holdings

I agree with you as well on that. Winning such a lawsuit will increase the confidence that people have in the coin drastically and the demand for ripple will increase as well. In such a case the price is likely to even break the one dollar mark if this is managed well. So whilst it is risky, investing in ripple seems to be a good thing based on the companies expansions.

Thank you for providing use with the date of the trial. This gives Ripple around a month to get its affairs in order and to figure out how they are going to fight against the suit that has been filed against them. It will be interesting to see. But if the SEC wins, whilst the coin may become dead, it is also possible that this will just be limited to the American exchanges, and perhaps the international exchanges may continue to list it as this lawsuit is specific to the USA right?

I recently read that coinbase has suspended ripple trading. I don't think ripple has a future unless it wins the lawsuit. If it doesn't, it may not be dead yet, but marked illegal in the US. If ripple becomes illegal in the US, othwr countries might follow the suit.

All altcoins from my experience reacts according to how Bitcoin behaves. If bitcoins is in continuous rise, you will see that all or most if the other altcoins will be rising. Likewise if it falls.

There is one thing that am quite confident in , I believe that the lawsuit will soon be taken care of ,and that ripple will surely be the ones to smile last ,and this will make the price of the coins to rise to a higher price.

The XRP team are presently trading while being optimistic about their lawsuit, the rise in price may be attributed to the relatively bullish nature of the market presently but I thing I can assure you is that investors are being cautious and many will want to dump if the hit the right price that will reduce loses.

The SEC are not joking, Ripple may as well R.I.P. pretty soon.

Serious challenges require drastic approach to solving them. If the Ripple company didn't do something urgently and try and give their investors some sort of hope they would do anything in their power to make sure the company comes out of the crises, then they will lose all their investors.

Some people have given up on Ripple a long time ago because of how it kept falling without any sign of rising up. The company knew it would mark the end of their business, so they had to do something immediately. Now, look it, the coin is getting back up and people are rushing back to invest in it again.
