Selling Health and Lifestyle Niche Forum and Blog

I have a website with a blog on homepage (built on wordpress) and a forum on directory (build on phpBB). The blog is more than 5 years old,where as I have been running forum for almost 2 years. The website is monetized with adsense but the earning is not great. The forum and blog, both are on lifestyle and health niche. The reason why I am selling is because I am having difficulty in managing the site because of my obligations on other projects.
I am seeking offers from interested individuals. I am open to selling the entire website or just the blog or forum.
