Save Money With Frozen Food

I am not talking about buying frozen food to save money because we need to spend more for that and if we are smart then we can keep some of the boiled veggies in fridge and use these when we want and this way we can save money like we can keep boiled potatoes or chick peas so this way we can save money.

This is what I do all the time and it even helps me to save my gas instead of cooking all the time

I think this technique can minimize food wastage. Generally what happens is people keep it in the fridge and then forget about and throw it away after a few days.

Buying frozen food of course does not save you money because frozen foods are expensive than regular food and frozen food also contain preservative. However, you can certain freeze veggies when you can get them for cheap and use it when the prices goes up.
