So much has been said about how lucrative the real estate Business is, and how it has made so many billionaires and millionaires in the world.
Cryptocurrency is one investment that is coming up, it has made some rich persons richer though and it's very lucrative overall.
Placing these two together, which one amongst them is more lucrative?

If you are looking at not taken so much risk when it comes to making investments them that believe that you would have to avoid getting into cryptocurrency investment and focus on real estate investment.

Cryptocurrency and real estate both are pretty much good investment if you wish to do something long term. If you want to take things on long term without any local and online issues with crypto. Then real estate makes sense to us. And the thing is that you have to work with what you can around with any open land or the plot then you may find value in real estate more.

I will choose real estate investment over and over again because it less risky, one will surely get returns both short and long-term unlike cryptocurrency that very risky and unpredictable though very profitable, one can loss his or money over night.

Both real estate and crypto investments are lucrative but in this situation of the market I think crypto will do better than real estate because it is gaining more and more users.

When it comes to investing in either Real Estate or cryptocurrency, I am definitely going to choose to invest in real estate first because it is an investment that guarantees you security of your money when you go into it unlike what you get in cryptocurrency investment.

You need a lot of money to start investing in real estate. Even if you are buying through a loan, you still need $30-40K to make a down payment. There is still no guarantee of profits despite investing such an insane amount. You can start investing in crypto with a small amount and if you follow a good strategy and know when to exit, you might be able to make some profits.

I still back for the real estate investments. This is because the investment seems to be more reliable in the sense that you can sell or rent out the appartments which is something that is very profit guaranteed.
In the sense that there is the shortage of housing in the urban and town areas the business seems to thrive on those areas.

When it comes to the risks that is involved in cryptocurrency investment compared to what you faced in real estate investment, it is far more better for you to invest your money in real estate that into cryptocurrency because the level of knowledge you need to invest in cryptocurrency without having so much loss is critical and technical unlike what you have in real estate investment.

I think each one has it's advantage and disadvantage too but many would bet on the real estate investment option. The reason is that you're sure to make profits just that you need a good sum of money to start while you can start with any amount if you choose cryptocurrency investment.
