It depend on several factors. For someone who is in need of quick profit and with a sound knowledge of Crypto will most likely invest in Crypto currency, while someone who is patient enough and wants to avoid risk will most likely go for real estate.

It is better to invest in real estate that invest in cryptocurrency but most people of investing in cryptocurrency because it is less stressful and it grows faster.

You got it right with the manipulation and volatility. When you buy a property today the value will have increased by next year. When you invest in crypto coin you do not know if the value next year would be higher or lower. With real estate you are sure of the profit after some years.

It is most times difficult for me to decipher the most lucrative between the two businesses.
A lot of people are earning big from trading crypto and even making a living through it.
The real estate too is increasingly having more investors. The profits from the real estate seems bigger to me.

For me, real estate is the safest investment although I agree that it is only for the moneyed people. We bought our home in 2001 and until now I still have not enough funds to buy a lot for investment. Putting my money in crypto is a big risk and I would probably never do that.
