Our Package Team Members will do their best to deliver various package requests in a timely manner. Please contact @Henrywrites if you have any concerns.
Guidelines:
At this current time there is no wait time between packages. In the future if we start to get busy we may implement wait times to allow our staff enough time to complete other packages.
You may "top up" your USD credit account, or send @AlexanderM a PM requesting the package and payment details to send payment across.
You earn 1 Biznotes per reply.

To Request a package, simply create a new thread in the posting package section inputing the number of requested service from the above table
Please note that we will not ask staff members (moderators, admins) on another website to fulfill packages for that website. If some staff members of your website are also staff members here, please reduce the size of your package to allow for non-staff members of your site to complete your package request. Our package team is currently 4 members.
Before purchasing a package, you should have the necessary Biznotes amount in your account balance, or ensure you have means of paying via PayPal or Crypto.
We reserve the right to reject delivery of packages at any time, if there are issues with your request that would make it difficult for us to properly work on your package.
You must be a representative of the website staff team in order to request a package from us.
We will reject packages for websites with content that is considered to be inappropriate by Bizdustry
We may have difficulty completing packages for websites with extremely specific topic or categories. Please cooperate with us in these scenarios so that we can finish your package. This could imply that we may need to post outside of the designated boards or categories that you requested.
On websites that require moderator approval to register or to post threads or replies, we will not fulfill services. Before ordering a package with this functionality, please consider turning off this in advance, or apply account permissions that will not hinder our staff's ability to register and post on your forum or site.
Please inform us if you have any special requests for your order. If you do not want a packager to include an advertising in his or her signature, for instance, you must specify this when making your order.
Please remember that some requested specifics that you may have; such as asking particular packagers; may be tough to satisfy. We will do our utmost to comply with your request; but, if your requirements are too difficult to properly comply with, the package will not be completed under the constraints of the particular request, owing to time and effectiveness of filling the request.
If a Package Team Member discovers a problem while your package is being processed, you must resolve it within 48 hours of the notice. If you do not, if at minimum one half of your service request isn't finished, we'll deduct half of the package's standard fee.
We are looking into the possibility for other types of packages such as social media packages but for now we will just offer forum and blog packages. Watch this space for more information in the near future.
