Playing drums on Cruise Ships

Have you ever considered to play drums on a cruise ship? Have you actually played drums on cruise ships? What was your experience?

I heard in an interview with a drummer on a cruise ship saying by the end of the last month of a 6 month contract drummers can't wait to get home.
