You can try Paybis or Paxful to exchange your Paypal funds to crypto or vice-versa. Both of them require identity verification before you start trading , Paxful is P2P type exchange site.
Paxful is P2P site , there are buyers of crypto who are ready to buy crypto by accepting paypal. Paxful just acts as middleman between the exchange. Its similar to localbitcoins. You can find lot of buyer and sellers associated with Paypal/crypto exchange.As far as I know, Paypal does not permit its account holders to conduct such kind of exchanges, so I am not sure how come the payment processors you mentioned carry such exchanges?
