I think get your point but I have my reservations. Saying most landlords don't know cryptocurrency is not right. Besides lots of estates are own by young adults in thier 30s and 40s this days who have knowledge about cryptocurrency. Some of them may accept it or not, It is a matter of choice.
Lolz, who even said that a lot of estate are own by young adults in their mid-30s and 40s ? This may not be true but instead are own by a lot of politicians and probably big men in the government who are almost 50 years and above ,they may not really have interest in cryptocurrency.

That's a good idea. We often buy things online with cryotocurrency. But that of a house rent it depends on the landlord if he knows the value of cryptos then it will be great to pay your rent with cryotocurrency.

Paying of rent is so dependent on the landlord exposure if the person is not expose to crypto wise then paying rent with crypto won't be possible

This will not even be a big deal to me as tenant long as most of the local communities landlord will accept cryptocurrency because as I understand most of them don't have interest in cryptocurrency and will rather have preferred to get their money in physical cash.

Since crypto currency is illegal in my country tanant would not be allowed to pay rent in crypto. Though this may have been the mindset of the owner of house and tenants but they can't do it until the country agree to lift ban on crypto

I do not think it's a good idea to accept rent for your property with crypto currency. The price is not stable so you might end up being in losses. And on some occasions profits excerpt you plan on using a stable coin instead of the normal crypto currencies.
This will be a source of concern for most property owners to accept, because of the volatile nature of the cryptocurency coin, except it has to do with payment with a stable coin, which will be very much accepted and ok.

Yes it is fact that cypto currency is fast growing but the truth be told is that many don't still know anything about cypto currency or even have enough cash to buy cypto so it's a 50, 50 situations

Yes stable coin would be the best choice, among all the stable coins, which do you think would be best to use as a means of payment, personally I think USDT would be the best to make use of since it is also very popular. What about you?

It is possible to pay for rent in the future with the uses of cryptocurrency. The will happen when the old people start seeing the potential of cryptocurrency and how to make more money with it.

That would be a very good one to even consider as a means of payment,i think the use of usdt would be a good option, considering the fact that the value of the coin is peged along side the us dollar, whaich has a very stable value and a guarantee attatched to the virtual curency in terms of insurance.

It can be very innovative for landlord to request for the payment of rent. It will be pretty much easier for the tenants that have cryptocurrency to pay for the house rent faster.

Not only is it popular but also stable. I think when it comes to stability, the coin actually ranks first which makes it the ideal choice for this purpose. Paying rent with cryptocurrency would really help enhance it's growth

Well, sometime it may depend on the country of location. this is because some of those countries where cryptocurrency has become more popular, it can be used. but for the third world countries it can not be accepted.

There are couple of places where bitcoin is accepted to pay for rents. I'm El Salvador, bitcoin could be use to pay for rent. Recently, the same was obtainable in South Africa and in Miami.

If I was a property owner for instance, I wouldn't refuse to receive payment in crypto currencies at all as this will help me to have some crypto assets.

That is wonderful, hoping other countries would and landlords will adopt it as means of paying and accepting house rent. I think someone with good knowledge of cryptocurrency would gladly accept crypto coins as means of payment.

To be honest, as a realtor I won't receive money through crypto except it is stable coin. Receiving rent through crypto may be a way of promoting crypto truly but it has more disadvantages than advantages. Recently, South Africa just introduced this system of paying ren with bitcoin
