Ontology is actually a token that as created in the year 2018. I am not much aware about the history of this token but many people were expecting the coin to grow when the invested in this token two years ago. However, the bad news is that this token is actually not worth investing and this has been proven. Over the period of one year the price of this token has declined by more than six percent and it is continuously declining. Has anyone ever invested in this token?

Exactly! I really feel bad for investors who have invested in this coin. There are many good cryptocurrencies out there and most of the crypto coins have gained a lot of value. BNB is one of the best coins out there!

This is my first time hearing of such coin tho. I guess there are still lots of coin/token that i am yet to hear about. Well thats how it is though not all coins are worth investing on, and the bad part of it is that you might not know until you have invested on it. I don't know this token before and this is my first time of hearing the name as well, and this is the reason why I don't invest in any token at all, because most token were created to scam people I guess.

This is what is likely to happen to any cryptocurrency that do not have a reasonable used value,people will be dumping it and I will not be surprised when a lot of important exchanges will start delisting it and that will be the end of that cryptocurrency.

True. I think there are coins that are even worth more in terms of investment. I have seen coins like zuga and the likes surpass BTC all-time value. I think one should move away from the popular ones.

There was a time when ontology was booming. however, that happened in the year 2018. Ontology started falling after that time and its price has been declining for one year. I really do not know why this happened. I think this is because this coin is not so much popular.

Six percent over a year is not too bad. It's easy to cut your losses if this coin is not going where you want.

One thing with investing is the risk, and one must be ready to lose a significant amount of money once In a while.

Considering the fact that you also have to pay the transaction and conversion fees, six percent a year is indeed bad. The coin had a fluctuation in the past one year and it is not a worthwhile investment. The good news is that the value of Ontology has increased a lot recently covering the fluctuations that happenedn in the past one year. It is a good opportunity for the investors to get rid of this coin or wait to see if it rises further.

If you consider what other cryptocurrencies do, like Bitcoin going down by 20% this quarter, you would agree that 6% loss is not too bad.

But it's also not nice to hold a coin for a year just to see no appreciation in the price. It would be better to hold a stable coin instead.

Bitcoin never went down for a full year. It only went down in price after the recent crypto crash that happened in the cryptocurrency market. Ontology, on the other hand, never gained any value for the whole year. But it did gained some value a few days ago (covering it's fluctuations). It made a good recovery and now its value has increased by 22 percent more than it was last year. I believe now ontology coin owners should exchange their coin if they wish or they may hold it for more time and see if it is beneficial for them in the future.

There are several cryptocurrencies created to scam people of their are there any money and a lot of people need to be very careful the kind of cryptocurrencies they invest on.

I'm not sure it as potential for it to get to binance or coinbase, i think its still a meme coin which project is still on trial but turns out to be scam.
