My biznotes has disappeared

Good pm Admin,
I tried to convert my 10,000 biznotes to $10 around an hour ago, but everything disappeared instead of conversion, without anything to show for it. Can you please help me to investigate where it has gone it?

Hi there, thank you for identifying a technical issue. After investigating the reason, it seems there was an incorrect technical configuration in our back office system which has now been fixed. I have manually adjusted your USD$ balance, and added 10$. Thank you, and please let us know if we can help with anything else.
