I hear that I can mine crypto currency on my computer. I also hear that if my computer has GPU, mining will be more profitable compared to CPU. Let say I have a good computer (with graphic cards), now how do I get started mining bitcoin?
What you heard is correct, the better your device the more coins you can mine without having to fear of your system crashing because of constant runtime of the system.

It is possible to mind cryptocurrency on your computer system. just make sure that the computer system we are going to use must be of high configuration. Also you need a strong internet connection that will not break down easily.

What you are expected to do is to download the Bytecoin wallet and run the program on your computer. After the program is done syncing with Bytecoin's blockchain, create a wallet for yourself. Then simply input the begin mining command and set your wallet address as the recipient, this is what to do

A complete system with a very powerful hardware, would mine faster and will create more coins. The computer hardware power is directly proportional to the amount of coin created.

Yes, it is possible to mine cryptocurrencies from your PC, if you got a good GPU. But due to the complexity of the BTC network, it is now possible to mine BTC now. But you can still mine Ethereum, Dogecoin, Raven, Monero, LTC, etc. Always check Whatttomine before attempting to mine any coins. They would predict the profitability of the coin which you are planning to mine. If the selected coin is not profitable choose other coins to mine.

You can start by joining platforms where you earn those crypto currency through mining by performing various tasks. Like a platform I know that mines Satoshi's you only need to be active playing various arcade games to mine.

One to consider before mining is the profitability of what you are going to mine, can it cover for the damages it will cost your laptop due to energy consumption and heat?
If you think it you will earn more than the harm it may cause your laptop then it is good if not I will recommend a mining rig because it is better and your phone or laptop will not face any damages.

It is a very interesting and rewarding activity all together but then it is something that you really need to have put in a lot of work and it is going to be very demanding but I think all is worth it.

A lot of people move away from mining via graphics cards. I am not sure how they do it now but I do know it eats up a lot of electricity so if you want to mine coins from home, you need to make sure you can supply enough electricity for it.

There are a lot of companies that are willing to offer their resources for you to mine. you just have to find them then purchase a particular percentage for you to begin with.
