I'm surprised this employers are complaining of labour shortage when they can easily recruit those are suitable or recruit and train available labour to standard. Why the outcry? Not fancy in my opinion.

The issue of the pandemic has affected almost every country in the world and its not limited to only America , since itbhas to do with locking down everywhere to reduce the spread , its generally going to affect the workforce .
