Any requested payments between the 23rd of December to the 1st of January will be processed on the 2nd of January.
From December 24th to the 1st of January, we will have limited support at Bizdustry because of Christmas. We will be spending time with our families at that time. Because of that, we won't be processing withdrawal payment requests on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, that both fall on Saturdays this year. The 2nd of January is the next payment date that is scheduled.
If you have any questions or need support during that time, answering them will take longer than usual. Please use the official support ticket function, and avoid creating multiple requests. This includes, but is not limited to, private messaging staff members through Bizdustry or any other means of support.
