I am reading this one for the first time today , and I believe that Facebook will try to use a different approach towards it so as to avoid the similar issue with the first token

Exactly I really do hope a different approach is registered because still making use of stable coin is more like repeating things ,I really hopes they try to make use of fluctuating cryptocurrency

Well, I believe that they have learnt their lessons, they won't try to use a stable coin again. But on certain thing is that the coin will easily get investors.

Okay, what happened to the Libra launch? It did not go the way that the public was expecting. There are valid reasons but I think Facebook is careful with the facts. They are just being quiet why the plan did not proceed. My take is the complication with the government regulations.

I heard that libra would be launched in the second quarter of 2021 but the third quarter has started yet libra has not been launched. I do not know what's happening with libra.

I also wonder what as been taking it so long since its proposed launch which never happen ever since then... Although I read in an article that lybra is only meant for Facebook staff as payment...

The long await scrutiny of the Facebook Libra by financial regulators is over , and information gathered from cointelegraph suggest that the coin will be launched by January 2021, in the form of a U.S. dollar-backed digital currency, that is , it will be a stable coin .

Is there anyone here who knows how to buy or earn libra ?

I just read in another thread that, the coin will no longer be called Libra but diem. However what is the usefulness of this coin by Facebook im first place. Does it have any project backing it?.

Facebook don't know what they are doing. It was last year that they announced that they will launch there own coin this year January. Now we are in August and they are not talking about the coin

It is August and I am yet to hear anything about diem (the new name for libra). Libra had a lot of big supporters in the beginning including paypal and stripe but all these companies backed out and the project did not go as planned.

I did hear about Facebook launching Libra in 2021, later facebook announced that Libra will be available for testing in August, but October is here but Libra is not available yet. I do not know why Facebook is pushing Libra.

Well if it comes out to be a potential cryptocurrency then I can consider to invest in it but they are taking so long to actualized the project they were promising the masses, the statement was that they will launch it this year

I've not really been able to follow up this project and currently I don't know the whereabouts of its existence. I also heard it will be launched at the second quarter of 2022 but up till now nothing has happened.
