Last week's screen time

My phone says that last week I spent an average of 5 Hours per day on my phone. (There's a Digital Wellbeing thingy in Settings of my Galaxy).
Just being curious if it is too much, I googled and found that,
"Experts say adults should limit screen time outside of work to less than two hours per day"

So, what's your average screen time on your phone?

Oh god I couldn't tell ya. I know it's a lot of time on my phone. Last time I got a popup was the other day and it said I used my phone like 35 minutes more than last time. I don't recall what the average time was though.

Well, I really do not know where to look for that information, but I can assure you that I use the phone very little, but instead I use the computer a lot, the mobile I only use it to quickly check the messages, social networks very superficially and email, then I use it if I receive some other phone call, but generally I do not spend more than half an hour on my mobile phone.

The last 24 hours for me is 4 hours and 48 minutes so far. I live on my phone and computer, basically.

My daily average screen time is 14 hours. There are days when it's below 14 hours but it doesn't go below 10 hours. I spend most of my time on Chrome as it's my default and favorite browser. I don't used do stay online 14 hours but since I began working, it increased.
