Japan continues to back the Ripple coin despite the SEC lawsuit

well, i don't think that investors should stay brave about the topic, they might their money sooner or later, because if it's really a matter of security, the government can get rid of it any time sooner

This is really good and i believe they are capable of winning the law suit despite everything and Japan supporting the coin is really going to help the coin not to fall further to a very low amount , because that would not be a good thing at all so its really goid to see such happen to the coin

I think that to a large extent it is natural to start to question a coin, especially after the big drop that ripple took and the number of exchanges that have to pull out of the coin. Many that make use of the coin with their payments have also stopped doing so as well, so that is quite worrisome. This is the concept of panic selling based on the opinion of others in the market. However, there is always two sides to a story and keeping your investment in it may work in your favour in the future. You just need to have a lot of patience.
I know those that dumped their ripple have their own positive reasons to them selves so it's not bad they made that decision. But as at now, holding or investing in ripple is perceived to be 100% loss or 101% plus profit so only those that can afford to take the risks are ready for the battle.

Yeah, there is no in between with this investment at the moment. However, I don't think that if you had to invest now that it would be a 100% loss even if they did have to lose the lawsuit. I think that it could be a substantial loss but not to that extent because there are some exchanges that may still list the coin and will still have those coins that are in circulation so it would make sense for them to continue to allow it to trade on their markets despite the outcome. As long as they are not based in the US.

This goes to show that there are big institutions or more rightly countries that still believe in the project. I think this would be a big push to Ripple's campaign to win this case and I hope they do. I still believe they would win this or an out of court settlement proposed at the end. I don't see Ripple going down for this and I hope that I right.

This is confidence base on trust that the Japanese have on ripple.
Ripple may be having a difficult moment right now but I know it will overcome the problem as it has not once relent in its struggle to triumph.

There is every indication that ripple will win the law suit and this will bring about a more bullish run for it. Of the judgment is not biased, ripple will definitely win the case.

Japan is currently backing Ripples because the Japanese government is a more liberal government unlike the US government that is otherwise. Any serious government should back Ripples because it's success is good for the country's economy.

One of the questions on all of our minds, well at least y mind daily, is the lawsuit that ripple is facing and what the outcome will be. Whilst there is another month before the court date and during this time there is much that can change, Japan says that its stance on Ripple will not shift.

Japan says that it views the coin as a cryptocurrency and not as a security. As a result the major investors that are in Japan and that have invested into Ripple, are in no way changing their view on crypto and that they will continue to hold their investment in this coin. This shows quite a bit of confidence from Japan in the coin, and shows that even if there is loss in the lawsuit that ripple might still be able recover if they move to these countries and operate from there.

What are your thoughts?
Seriously, it's been a long rough ride for Ripple so far and I'm really impressed with how they are working so hard to revive the coin. It's $1.63 today.

They have recovered quite a bit and the surprising part is that this is going on despite the lawsuit, which shows that even post lawsuit we may see a bigger price hike. Perhaps setting an all time new high in price.

Exactly, the cryptocurrency Ripple was tagged to be dead for a while but they have worked so hard to find themselves where they are now. It can only get better.

I still have lots of optimism regarding this XRP coin because it has good potentials of rising very well in no distant time, just waiting for the right time though.

From all indications, it's very obvious that the cryptocurrency Ripple is dead beat yet because it looks like it still has a good future not minding the SEC case. So, if things goes well, it will certainly good investment.

Japan is one of the countries to adopt crypto currencies. In japan, they even have crypto currency ATM where you can deposit or withdraw your crypto assets

Seriously from what the cryptocurrency ripple have been through over the past years I believe that he has actually made the cryptocurrency strong to withstand everything that comes its way.

Yes this was under consideration from them a little while back. In fact there were changes that were also being considered to be made to the Japanese financial infrastructure in order to account for the introduction of ripple into their country which would once again show the use for the coin and the acceptance that they have on the coin. It seems Japan is the number one supporter of this coin, which is good as Japan has a very good economy.
I had said it before that no matter the positive statements or support ripple enjoy from Japan, it will still make little difference on a global scale, it know fact that big crypto projects don't aim for a particular country's economy they aim for a global market, I'm sure ripple has such plans too. Japan may never be enough!

They probably have their reasons for doing so although I would too because despite the suit I still feel xrp still has potential and could definitely do better in the future

Japan Is really standing solidly behind this coin in spite of it's challenging lawsuits in the united States. Why will they be this vocal about this coin? Is it owned by one of their country men or what?

When I sit to really think about the lawsuit, I think the issue is more against the company Ripplenet and xrp as a security or not is just an excuse. Ripple has a project in its plans that will go a long way to influence the financial sector and I guess that is why it is facing this issue presently.

As it stands now, most exchange companies that have earlier delisted ripple during the sec lawsuit have relisted them again now. The coin is also performing very well.
