Japan continues to back the Ripple coin despite the SEC lawsuit

One of the questions on all of our minds, well at least y mind daily, is the lawsuit that ripple is facing and what the outcome will be. Whilst there is another month before the court date and during this time there is much that can change, Japan says that its stance on Ripple will not shift.

Japan says that it views the coin as a cryptocurrency and not as a security. As a result the major investors that are in Japan and that have invested into Ripple, are in no way changing their view on crypto and that they will continue to hold their investment in this coin. This shows quite a bit of confidence from Japan in the coin, and shows that even if there is loss in the lawsuit that ripple might still be able recover if they move to these countries and operate from there.

What are your thoughts?

Yeah, l read an article somewhere about the unconditional love and support the Japan people have for the coin ripple and even l heard ripple is thinking of moving their headquarters to Japan because they are now getting much support from the Japan people even though the coin is in its difficult times.

Concerning Japan supporting and backing up the cryptocurrency coin called ripple even with the laswuir. That's show that there are still people that still believe in the potential and vision of the coin. I hope it comes out victorious from the lawsuit so that we may all benefit from it

Can you share information on why XRP has problems and why the price of XRP did not increase when the price of Bitcoin and all Altcoins increased? I like XRP just because its transaction is fast and cheap. Everyone is trying to sell XRP and it is unclear to me why XRP has a negative status

I think the Japanese are making the right decision on ripple and sec case by holding the coin tight. My conviction says ripple will win the case slammed on them by sec and will come back stronger in no time. Even though ripple also gone beyond their boundaries but there are ways to sanction them in a lesser way than what sec do

This is some very political stance, and it is taking a very dicey twist.

Does this mean that if Ripple looses the suit to the SEC, Japan would likely adopt it there try to transfer Ripple's assets and operational base to Japan?

It also would mean that exchanges operating in the US would not trade XRP, but Asia exchanges may still trade Ripple, that's bringing politics in crypto space. I don't really like this.

XRP technical outlook

Notably, the currency has formed a bearish pennant pattern, which implies that it may not bounce back in the near term. Therefore, there's a possibility that it will drop to $0.15 in the next few months.

Yes this was under consideration from them a little while back. In fact there were changes that were also being considered to be made to the Japanese financial infrastructure in order to account for the introduction of ripple into their country which would once again show the use for the coin and the acceptance that they have on the coin. It seems Japan is the number one supporter of this coin, which is good as Japan has a very good economy.

You need to give us concrete reasons why it will drop to, $0.15 , you should note that activities and Investors determine the rise and drop of any coin, what made Ripple drastically was the legal action against them by SEC but as it stands now they have more hope beyond the US SEC legal litigation.

Because of the Japanese love for ripple, sometimes I do feel like whatever the effect might be on ripple as a result of the lawsuit, but the coin might not decrease in value like how most of us are afraid now. And I also believe some other whales that are not from Japan are still giving the coin maximum support and this is also another strong reason ripple might still recover whatever the results of the lawsuit tends to be on the coin.

Since the ripple has claims to oppose what they are being accused of, then it is left to anyone to continue their support until the case is decided, but i hope ripple will be able to swim against all the tides brought against them by the SEC, one also has to understand the depth of this issue to be able to know the real reasons why Japan stood by them.

To me I will not blame them because they to how important is crypto at the moment and I think they are doing good thing because ripping of coin is a way of gathering wealth. And it not just coin it is crypto because once they officially announce as a currency they will have gathered more than a billion and most of there family will live comfortable. It is a good Moment by them.

In one of my posts on this forum, I said it affirmly that ripple is not going down anytime soon. The Asian believe in this coin. There are some banks in the Asian part of the world that use ripple as a medium of exchange

I think that even Americans that are making use of exchanges that may be based in other countries and that are still listing the ripple coin may still choose to support the ripple coin because of the benefits that it provides. However, when it comes to merchants accepting it I think that this will be the concern that many will have because if it is an unfavourable outcome then merchants may be scared which could drop the price. But I don't think that ripple will ever become untradable in my opinion.

I believe it's not really easy to do. But I believe that Ripple company will surely scale through. At least, a whole Japan is supporting the company. They will do everything to make things work again for the company. I see Ripple coming up strongly in a very short while.

For ripple becoming untradable because of this lawsuit l too don't think it can happen. I know many investors where doubting ripple when a lot of exchanges started delisting the coin but they never tried researching on the many other investors having a lot of interest for the coin.

I think that to a large extent it is natural to start to question a coin, especially after the big drop that ripple took and the number of exchanges that have to pull out of the coin. Many that make use of the coin with their payments have also stopped doing so as well, so that is quite worrisome. This is the concept of panic selling based on the opinion of others in the market. However, there is always two sides to a story and keeping your investment in it may work in your favour in the future. You just need to have a lot of patience.
