Faucet Pay is a micro wallet that allows people to send and receive money quite easily. The platform has proved to be reliable. However, we must remember that this platform is clearly not regulated by any kind of financial authority. It was also hacked in the past as well. Regardless of that, it has gained a lots of attention and it is generally deemed "fine". I do plan to use it in order to process small payments. So, is it reliable?

It is a payment system like Payeer or WebMoney where you deposit with crypto currencies and use to deposit to microjob sites like losena net to run microjobs.

I do not use faucetpay these days, however, I have used it in the past and I never encountered any issues as long as I was using it. I think it is a completely reliable platform. However, they seem to have higher withdrawal fees, and withdrawal takes little longer than most wallets and exchanges.

I didn't use this wallet for a long time, only when I needed to withdraw funds from a crypto faucet and then I managed to transfer these funds to the exchange, so I didn't have any problems and consider it reliable

I used the wallet mainly to receive payment from A-Ads, a crypto ad network. I was using it until I was also using A-Ads. I found it really good.

It could be to store some cryptocurrencies like for example to pay some networks that uses faucetpay as merchant website but not good to exchange between assets as their reserve are low even 1 $ could not be tradable.

You should also not store a lot of money there since it is a microwallet and it is not self-custody, it is better to use a custodial wallet, when you have some money there withdraw it.
