Both bitcoin and ethereum are very good. But when it comes to comparison, both of them are different in their own ways and functionality.
I think Bitcoin is a cash while ethereum is used to assemble gas and other projects.
Bitcoin is far more valuable than ethereum.
So, I'd pick bitcoin over ethereum.

From what I have seen from the transactions that are made with both of these cryptocurrencies it seems that they both have a very similar transaction fee associated with them. In my personal experience I think that Ethereum is better, because the lower-value allows you to see a greater change in the coin value, which can be good for trading at smaller values. Therefore I think it is better for smaller investors.

I can't say ethereum is better than bitcoin, because my own end here, Etherium charges is still high, despite there last update which made a lot of us think there fees will reduce. Bitcoin is better than eth in terms of value alone.

Although there is no harm in asking questions and no question is incorrect or not right. Comparing, weighing, or placing etherium and bitcoin on the same scale is like comparing sleep to death. It is true that etherium is following bitcoin and people are hoping that it gains enough recognition and growth as bitcoin but we can't put aside that this cannot happen overnight or in a very short time.

For now I will subscribe to the fact that Ethereum is far much more better than Bitcoin because when I did percentage comparison for both Bitcoin and Ethereum in the last one year Ethereum has raised far more than Bitcoin in percentage and it's not even stopping any time soon as am seeing it

Ethereum is cool but I can't say it's better than Bitcoin or not because it's still affordable but Bitcoin is expensive and it rises and drops largely the price I mean but ethereum rises and drops with just slight difference. No Need for all this comparison, but on a normal note etherum isn't in anyway better than bit coin, it doesn't even come close, the huge margin of their price difference is a very good example of how one is much more superior than the other. It would take etherum years before it could come close to half the price of bitcoin.
